Preemptive attack: Giving all enemies on battle field a near full break gauge at the beginning of battle.
Preemptive attack are done when you initiate the battle with the enemy without them having the ▽ with "!" in it on their head.
Tips: Reserve Smoke are used so that they can't see you clearly to have the ▽ with "!" in it on their head.

Optima Change has priority over anything. When you select the change it will auto ATB cancel what ever your gonna do to switch roles.
Autostock on Blaster role will choose the best MA that the enemy is weak against. Still its not perfect for strategic purpose, such as you want to AoE rather than doing single target atk at the beginning of battle.
How to: Get full charge ATB gauge after a optima change
During the turn of slow ATB gauge charge,
let it full charge and initiate the commands,
midway during your last ATB command animation do the optima change and you will get the a full charged ATB gauge on your next role you choose.
(which means you don't have to cancel after the first ATB command in order to get a full charged ATB gauge after optima change)
Tip: Since you are using the full charged ATB technique on next turn, you should select autostock to save even more. In my case, I just want it do any magic attack/raw attack so that it boost the break gauge faster.
Tips: Alternate between an Attacker role optima change and Blaster role optima change for doing a better break gauge boosting. (So remember the order on how you place optima change slots)
You can manual cancel ATB commands by pressing the cancel button. (NA console is O and JP console is X)
Usually do this for quick healing when you queue up a bunch of ATB commands. Unused ATB gauge slots are carried over when you manual cancel.
